The installation and commissioning of large heavy-duty CNC lathes refers to the installation of the machine tool on the work site until the normal work phase. Large lathes often need to be disassembled into several parts when they are shipped by the manufacturer, and reassembled and recommissioned after arriving at the user's site. The work is relatively complicated.

Main installation steps and precautions:

1. Initial placement of large lathes

Before the machine tool arrives at the user's site, the user should make the foundation of the large-scale lathe according to the basic diagram of the machine tool provided by our company, and make a reserved hole where the anchor bolts need to be installed. After the machine is unboxed, you must first find the random documents and packing list. After counting all parts, do not make sure to place the large parts of the large lathe on the foundation respectively according to the instructions of the random documents.

2.Connection between components of large heavy-duty CNC lathes

Before assembling the various parts of the lathe, the cleaning of each part must be done first. During the assembly process, the original positioning elements, such as positioning pins and positioning blocks, must be used. The installation position is restored to the state before the lathe is disassembled, so that the next adjustment can be carried out better. After the components are connected, the cables, oil pipes and gas pipes need to be connected. When connecting these parts, one-on-one seating is required according to the documentation requirements and labels of the random tool. After the cables are connected, tighten the fastening screws to ensure reliable contact and not fall off.

3. The initial commissioning of large lathes must be completed by the supplier's technical support staff

Technical requirements for installing a lathe. After adding the corresponding oil (lubricating oil, oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) to the machine tool, it is necessary to test the machine tool with electricity. Adjust the lathe bed level, and coarsely adjust the machine's geometric accuracy. After these tasks are completed, it is necessary to fill the anchor bolts of the host and accessories with cement, fill in the reserved holes and wait for them to fully solidify.

4. Trial operation of horizontal large heavy-duty CNC lathes

After the machine tool is installed, according to the requirements of the technical documents, the machine will run on its own for a long period of time under a certain load condition, and the machine tool's function and work reliability will be checked more comprehensively. 8 hours per day for 2 consecutive days. During the trial operation, except for the failure caused by the operation error, no failure of the machine tool is allowed, otherwise the installation and commissioning of the machine tool is unqualified.
