First, the main bearing can not return

1. The spindle spring is broken;

2. The B166 feed gear shaft is deformed and bent;

3. The spline shaft butter is too dirty;

Approach:

1. Replace the spindle return spring;

2. Replace the B166 gear shaft;

3. Remove the spindle and clean the dirt on the spline shaft (you cannot enter the shaft water with the cleaning fluid);

Second, the spindle is tight

1. The spindle sleeve is too dirty;

2. The spindle sleeve is strained and the inner hole of the B192 vertical milling head is strained;

3. The keyway crack of the B166 feed gear shaft causes the B80 clutch gear to be disconnected;

Approach:

1. Clean the spindle;

2. Remove the spindle and clean it and use the oil and oil level to hit the spindle sleeve. Pull the inner cylinder arm of the B192 vertical milling head and use the oil oil flat to prohibit large-area grinding;

3. Replace the B166 feed gear shaft

Third, the nose can not change angle

1.B189 screw broken;

2. B155T bolt deformation;

3.C01 left and right adjustment

Approach:

1. Replace the B189 worm;

2. Replace the B155 bolt;

3. Replace the C01 left and right adjustment gears;

Four milling heads without automatic feed

1.B08 copper gear is broken

2.B92 copper gear is broken

3. B57 micro-infeed shaft, B55 clutch small shaft is not in place, B55 clutch small shaft is broken;

4. B80 clutch gear wear;

5. C03 universal head and milling joint surface are not flat;

Approach:

1. Replace the B08 copper gear;

2. Replace the B92 copper gear;

3. Pull the B110 embossing handle into place or press it into place, and replace the B55 clutch small shaft;

4. Replace the B80 clutch gear;

5. Shovel the C03 million head face;
