1. Installation and adjustment of the horn and foundation nails are carried out separately when installing the bed and the column. The adjustment horn should be placed at the appropriate position on the surface of the foundation. The height of the horn should be consistent and the horn should be made. There are high and low adjustment margins. Note that the horn is placed not at the position of the foundation screw specified by the foundation, but at a certain place between the foundation screws. The foundation screw is placed first in the foundation hole, after the bed and column are placed on the foundation. Pass it through the corresponding foundation screw hole and screw the nut.

2. Install the bed, place the bed on the horn, check the contact and make a coarse adjustment. Use the inspection rod, flat ruler and level to coarsely adjust the bed to make it level. 10, test run and check accuracy

(1) Start the machine to move the table, check its moving direction and motor steering correctly, and pay close attention to the lubrication of the table rail.

(2) Test feeding movement: Before the test, the clearance of each sliding guide surface of the tool holder should be adjusted, and the elasticity of each sliding surface should be checked by hand cranking the tool holder, and then the oil can be injected into each sliding surface to carry out the motorized feeding. Test, before the test, the gear or handle that is turned on can be placed in the middle position, observe whether the action of the feed mechanism is normal, check whether there is any obstruction, and then place each tool holder in the horizontal and vertical feed state.
